Wellbeing Intelligence®

Turning subjective perception into factual insight and digital guidance.

Wellbeing Intelligence® is Realifex's proprietary model: a way of capturing everyday human experience at scale, structuring it, and giving both the person and the organisation something true to act on.

The loop

Five moves that turn a Moment into momentum — and keep people coming back.

Realifex's IP is not a single feature. It is a closed loop: capture, score, coach, connect, reward. Each turn makes the next one richer — for the person, and for the organisation reading the aggregate signal.

Moment Auto-Capture

Step 01

Moment Auto-Capture

Moments are captured as proof-of-action in the flow of real life — enriched with context, and with physiological signal from wearables. No surveys, no recall bias.

Insights

One Moment contains the context of the world.

A single Moment carries far more than a mood: the time, the place, the people, the decision behind it and the state of the body while it happened. Explore how Realifex reads that context — and turns one small entry into insight about an entire life.

Layer 01

Capture the moment, not the survey

A Moment takes seconds: what happened, how it felt, what you did about it. Because it is captured in real life rather than recalled weeks later, the signal is unusually clean — and people actually keep doing it.

Layer 02

Structure it into five human dimensions

Every Moment is classified across Experience, Action, Emotion, Decision and Discovery. That structure is what converts an unstructured feeling into a comparable, measurable data point.

Layer 03

Correlate patterns a person can't see alone

Across weeks, the model surfaces the recurring links between context, behaviour and wellbeing — which environments lift someone, which decisions cost them, and where progress is genuinely being made.

Layer 04 — The AI dimension

AI that reads real life, not the internet.

Generic AI guesses at wellbeing from generic text. Ours reasons over a structured corpus of real Moments — millions of them, already classified across the five human dimensions — so what it returns is grounded in how people actually live, and traceable back to the evidence that produced it.

Natural language understanding
Free-text Moments are read and classified automatically — no forms, no fixed vocabulary, no forced choices.
Pattern models per person
Each person gets their own model of triggers, recoveries and trade-offs, rather than a population average applied to them.
Generative guidance
Suggestions are written from that person's own history and context, in their own terms, at the moment they can act on them.
Human-in-the-loop safety
Sensitive signals escalate to people, never to automated advice. Outputs stay explainable, auditable and privacy-preserving.

The model never invents a feeling on someone's behalf. It only reflects, correlates and suggests — and every suggestion can be traced to the Moments it came from.

Layer 05 — What it returns

Guidance for the person. Unprecedented analytics for you.

Life Map

A visual field of a person's Moments, clustered by dimension — the shape of a real life at a glance.

Life Path view

Life Path

Direction over time. Where wellbeing is trending, and which decisions moved the line.

Suggestions view

Suggestions

Digital guidance drawn from the person's own patterns — specific, timed, and never generic advice.

Autofocus feature highlighting the areas that matter most

Autofocus

The model continuously identifies the few areas where attention will produce the greatest wellbeing return — so people spend their limited energy on what actually moves them forward.

Principles

Why the data stays honest — and why people keep giving it.

Factual, not anecdotal
Perception becomes evidence. Wellbeing stops being a sentiment score and starts being a measurable trend.
Mutual value exchange
The person receives insight worth more than the data they gave. That is why engagement sustains.
Privacy by architecture
Personal Moments belong to the person. Organisations receive aggregate intelligence, not confessions.
Handed over, not rented
The expertise, technology and methodology transfer to your team once your project is deployed.
