Use of the service
The site and app are provided for personal and legitimate business use. You agree not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the software, or use the service to store or transmit unlawful content.

Your Moments and personal data
Entries you create in RealifeChange® belong to you. Realifex processes them to generate your personal insight and, in de-identified aggregate form, to improve the Wellbeing Intelligence® model. Individual entries are never disclosed to client organisations or third parties. You may request deletion of synced data at any time by emailing alexprate@realifex.com.

Client engagements
Where Realifex delivers a project for an organisation, the intelligence supplied to that organisation is aggregate and de-identified. Specific commercial, confidentiality and hand-over arrangements are governed by the signed engagement agreement, which prevails over this summary.

Intellectual property
Realifex®, RealifeChange®, Wellbeing Intelligence® and REALIFEXperience, together with all site and app content, designs and software, are the property of Realifex Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. No licence is granted other than to use the service as intended.

Third-party marks
'App Store', 'iPhone' and 'Apple Watch' are service and trade marks of Apple Inc. Other names are the marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

No health advice
RealifeChange® and Realifex services support reflection and wellbeing awareness. They are not a medical device and do not provide medical, psychological or financial advice. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Realifex Pty Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
